Sea Moss Gel Recipes

Hello Nature Beings!

I get a lot of questions regarding sea moss gel and how to consume it so I thought it would be a great idea to add a few recipes on the site so you can make them at your convenience. 4 tablespoons is the daily recommendation so here are a few ways to blend it up to get your daily dosage. You can adjust each recipe according to your taste buds. You can also add more or less sea moss gel based on your desired consistency.

Beautiful Rise Smoothie

  • 1 banana, peeled or you can use plantain
  • 1/2 cup fresh mango
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup of vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons of sea moss gel
  • 1 cup of ice

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!

 

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt- can be low fat
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries
  • half a banana, peeled or you can use plantain
  • 2 tablespoons of sea moss gel
  • 1 cup of ice

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!

 

Green Goodness smoothie

  • 1 cup packed spinach or kale
  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup of fresh mango
  • 1 banana, peeled or you can use plantain
  • 1 1/2 cup of coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons of sea moss gel
  • 1 cup of ice

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth pulse a few times. Enjoy!

 

 

Mood Booster smoothie

  • 2 cups of coconut water
  • 1 cup of fresh pineapples
  • 1 cup of mango
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons of sea moss gel
  • 1 banana, peeled or you can use plantain
  • 1 cup of ice

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!

 

Here are a few other ways to consume sea moss gel

  • Sea moss gel on toast mixed with your favorite jelly
  • Sea moss gel mixed in your favorite hot tea
  • Sea moss gel in your oatmeal
  • sea moss gel on your salad or blended in your salad dressing

These are just a few ways to use sea moss gel. I'm sure if you're very creative in the kitchen you can come up with many more ways to include sea moss in your daily routine.
